Questions, answered
Will the product look exactly like mine?
It follows your photo closely, but small print and logos can come out a little different. Check the label, and make it again or edit it if a detail is off.
Can I change a picture after it is made?
Yes. Press Edit it on a finished picture and describe the change. It opens in Nano Banana 2.
Which shapes can I make?
Square, tall and wide (16:9, 9:16, 1:1). Pick the shape before you generate.
How many reference photos can I add?
Up to 6. Use more angles of the same product, or add your logo or a second item for the scene.
Why do some models say they may fail at busy times?
Those models can turn jobs down when they are busy. If one fails, its price goes back on your balance and you can try another model.
Can I turn the picture into a video?
Yes. Use it as the start frame in Custom Video, or as the product photo in the AI Influencer Ad.
Do pictures wait in a queue?
On a free account every new picture waits about 2 minutes before it starts. On a plan it starts at once.
